Any items that are temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order unless otherwise directed. As much of our fine inventory comes from far and distant lands, it may take some time for products to come back in stock.
Please cross check all products on your original order against your packing list immediately on receipt of goods. Damages or short supply of stock must be reported within 5 working days or claims will not be accepted. Goods must be returned unopened, unmarked & in original condition. A copy of your original invoice must be sent with the returned item/s.
Commuter Cycles does it’s best to get your fine parts to you quickly so you can use them as soon as possible. Because playing with bicycles is fun. However, we operate on weekdays only, and usually ship items within 1-2 days of receiving an order.
Refunds will only be offered of the product ordered is faulty or damaged. In the event of a product being delivered to you with damaged packaging, that has occurred in transit, we request you photograph the package before opening for your records, and possibly ours. We do our best to ensure all products are packaged sympathetically. We make no guarantee about offering refunds. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from Commuter Cycles. There may be a credit card charge for cancelling an order. Please see “Returns” policy above. There may be a restocking fee, at our discretion.
All products in our catalogue may be subject to design, colour or slight variation or change at any time. We do our best to maintain current photographs and descriptions of the products for sale, however Commuter Cycles admits that some products are changed by the manufacturer from time to time. Usually this is for the best. When a product has changed from the described and advertised iteration, Commuter Cycles reserves the right to supply the current item.
