We take a methodical approach to servicing; all work is based on a careful diagnoses of what your bike needs (as opposed to a ’set menu’ service package).
Before we start working on your bike, we make sure we understand your riding requirements so that we can tailor our servicing, advice, and selection of parts and accessories accordingly.
Our ’servicing model’ is built on an open dialogue between you and the mechanic working on your bike; no middle man! More than just informing, we like you to be engaged in the process. This ensures that the only suprise you’ll get is on your birthday.
